Ford Total Systems
Transplanting and tuning these engines is always problematic;
the standard system is lethargic and often blocked by Fords anti-theft
system. Throttle bodies are great but they dont suit every pocket.
So we developed these systems initially as the budget solution.
As it turned out they exceeded our best expectations delivering
fantastic power with nice flat torque curves.
Intake Manifold: Replaces the standard Ford manifold but keeps the fuel rail,
injectors and throttle body. These are a quality laser cut product
finished in graphite powder coating. They are compact, high flow
and low profile units solving underbonet and steering column clearance
problems. Fittings for engine breather, cold idle valve, idle
trim and brake servo. Bolt kit included.
ECU: OMEX 600 series professional competition management system ready
mapped. (We recommend a tune up session as no two engines are
ever identical).
Includes: control for rev counter, shift light, fuel pump, cold idle valve
and radiator fan. Mapping software.
Wiring Harness: Finished with all connections made and relays fitted, only requires
ignition feed, earth and tacho wire connections to main harness.
Very easy to fit.
Senders: New water sender, air sender and water sender adapter. |

Zetec E (up to138bhp for 1.8ltr and 160bhp for 2.0ltr)
- In Line Total System
Suitable for most in line rear drive conversions. May require
relocation of alternator.
- Transverse System
Suitable for Fiesta, transverse Escort conversions and upgrades.
- Westfield System
The alternator kit supplied by Westfield places the alternator
at the top offside, this means our standard forward facing manifold
will not fit. We have therefore produced a special manifold the
faces backwards and positions the plenum slightly higher. See
dimension drawings below.
