Wiring Looms
We make all our own wiring looms, we even make looms for some
of our competitors, we reckon we are pretty good at it.
Engine bays are very aggressive environments so all our looms
are designed to be robust; we take care about finish because you
want your engine bays to look neat and you may not be an electrical
expert so we make them easy to fit.

Custom looms
We do the difficult stuff for you.
The picture shows an engine bay installation for a Nissan 200
Turbo into a Kit Car. We integrated the Nissan components with
an Omex 600 ECU, a new MAP sensor and converted it to twin coil
pack ignition. It has a relayed output for the fuel pump, shift
light output, rev counter output and only requires connecting
to an ignition feed, battery and ground to work.

| Our standard looms are constructed using the latest thin wall
hard grade pvc finished in convoluted tubing with pvc breakouts.
Joints are bound in a combination of non adhesive and adhesive
pvc with a final finish of high temperature thermo setting acetate
tape. In most cases all wires are fully terminated. We also offer
full race looms to order. These are finished with heat shrink
tubing throughout. |
